1. Overview and startup of the career path.
2. Legal requirement of this position for the economic development of the Country.
3. Glimpse of the chapters of Bangladesh labor law-2006.
4. Roles and Responsibilities of this position and liaison with central team of the organization.
5. SWOT analysis of this position to go forward.

Module # 02

1. Job Description for this position with a sample work of JD writing.
2. Report writing with tabular presentation, fish bone analysis, graphical presentation and executive summary with practical example.
3. Importance of related computer skill, software implication, AI (Artificial Intelligence) needs and method to cope up with his new change.
4. Way out to work as a team player and how to make fruitful close communication with the Head of the Department.
5. Importance of English Language and way out of development.

Module # 03

1. Method of Counselling, way out of positive dealings with the Production or Operational Department Head.
2. Detail discussion on Clause # 23 & 24 of BLL-2006 and practical writing of the Show Cause notice and further proceedings and role of this position.
3. Discussion on Dismissal, Retrenchment, Discharge, Resignation, Termination, Retirement, Separation during probation period.
4. Definition of weekly hour, working hour details and role and responsibilities of this position.
5. What are the issues of non-Compliances and how the Compliance audit fails and responsibilities of this position?

Module # 04

1. Knowledge to understand the Job description of the next position and way out to achieve the same.
2. Discussion on Maternity Benefit and how to calculate it correctly with full compliance.
3. Discussion in respect of BLL-2006 on Welfare issues and role of these Officers.
4. Discussion on Different Committees.
5. Floor Safety issues and go forward for the central department activities to understand.
6. Summary and Question and Answer session.
